How Campaign Credits Work
Credits are a shared pool across your team's seats. 1 credit = 1 record pull or DB lookup. 2 credits = 1 skip trace. Monthly credits reset and do not roll over. Additional credit packs can be purchased at any time: $199 / 500 credits or $699 / 2,000 credits. Institutional Pro and Enterprise have unlimited credits with no overage charges.
Developer Tier — Pricing Note
The Developer tier is data and API access only — it does not include polygon drawing, site planner, or campaign credits. It is priced at $799/mo to support proptech builders and data vendors who need programmatic bulk access. If you need campaign tools, start with Institutional Starter at $1,499/mo.
